The Rules for Internet Users
at the State Library of Ukraine for Youth

1. The library offers an access to Internet in the contest of cultural, information, leisure, educational needs of users.

2. An Internet Users subscribes to the library on common grounds, and his reader's card gives him the right to use Internet. He must observe the general rules for library users and existing order of treatment of, distance educational systems.

3. The library guarantees for all users, the equality regarding the access to Internet resources.

4. The library users address to Internet-resources at their own will and bear the personal responsibility for each Web site they choose.

5. Some Internet resources may have ambiguous contents.

6. The library employees aren't responsible for any information loses at the personal disks during the loading.

7. The Internet use is free of charge.

8. To use Internet, preliminary registration is needed. Individual users may obtain the access to Internet from

Monday to Friday at 3:00 - 8:00 p.m., and in Sunday at 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.;

organizations - from Monday to Friday at 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

9. The Internet-Center Users HAS a Right:

- to place an order for work-time, convenient for him, ether personally or on the phone 257.86.27;
- to use the Internet for one hour:
- to continue his work until the next order, if nobody ordered the time straight after him;
- to place an order for work in the Internet-Center no more than once a day;
- to be preliminary as to the use of Internet individually or in group.

10. The Internet-Center User HASN'T a Right:

- to do damage to equipment;
- to abolish, add or modify the installed hardware or software;
- to use CDs to fight computer viruses;
- to use other users' password;
- to violate copyright laws;
- to us IP-telephony, group chats
- to disturb the normal work of Internet-Center (to speak loudly, to use mobile phones, to interfere with other users' work);
- to use and distribute the materials prohibited by law;
- to use software licenses without sanction;
- to use Internet commercially to sell, buy, advertise goods and services.

If the user violates these Rules, then the Internet-Center administration
has a right to forbid this user to access to Internet.

If You've found hardware defects or software faults
in the computer functioning, please, inform
the system administrator about them.
