The registration at the library is carried out according to
personal identity card (since 16) or according to identity card
of one or another parent (since 14).

DEPARTMENT OF INFORMATION AND REFERENCES:
The main task of this department is organization and arrangement
of high - quality reference and bibliographical service of library
users, providing the fast access to information resources of
the library by means of giving different bibliographical references.
CITY
SUBSCRIPTION: Books for those who hurries, to
all tastes and preferences; thematical bookcases. The literature
of high demand is given on the security.
THE DEPARTMENT OF
PERIODICALS: The editions of current year are accessible
directly, and the editions of past years are in the bookstore.
The period of storage is 5 years.
THE
DEPARTMENT OF FOREIGN LITERATURE: The literature of this department
would help You to learn German, French, Spanish, and to learn
English is possible in groups consisting of 8-10 people or individually.
The training is free of charge.
THE
DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL READING-ROOMS:
There are two reading-rooms in this department: for school youth,
and for students and working youth. In these reading rooms You
have a possibility to become acquainted with books which won
different competitions.
THE
DEPARTMENT OF ARTS:
The literature devoted to all kinds of arts, music, albums,
video- and audio-production, CDs, artistic periodicals, popular
magazines - "Nathalie", "Cosmopolitain",
"Karavan Istoriy" etc.
At the Depsrtment of Arts various artistic
exhibitions, actions devoted to the works of young authors
and outstanding experienced artists both from our past and
present are carrying out.

DEPARTMENT OF INFORMATION AND REFERENCES is occupied with
- creation and management of electronic databases;
- bibliographical informing;
- subscribers' service;
- selected information prpopagation system;
- giving subject bibliographical references;
- preparation of information and bibliographical indexes

BRANCH
OFFICE (60,Peremohy ave., phone 456.8181) Has the reading-room
and the Sector of Subscription. The reading-room is supplied
with the wide range of documents. First of all, it takes the
bearings of young audience as well as teachers,pedagogues,
young entrepreneurs. It contains handbooks and reference books
devoted to the economics, philosophy, law, sciences. The Sector
of Subscription offers world and ukrainian classics and the
works of contemporary literature: criminal novels, science
fiction and fantasy, popular literature from various branches
of knowledge. The users have a right to carry documents from
the Sector of Subscription out of doors. Information and reference
facilities of the Branch Office give a full data about library
fund and allows the user with the help of bibliographer to
order any document from all its department
